We Share Abundance Website
There was a situation that occured on Tuesday 25th March causing us to lose access to the website.
This is the message received from the head of the server team...
"I want to personally inform you about a severe security breach that affected multiple servers in our cloud cluster, including yours. Unfortunately, in a single attack, we lost 12 servers in a row, impacting multiple customers. Since backups were also stored within the same cluster, they were lost as well.
We understand the gravity of this situation and the impact it has on your operations. However, Our team is actively investigating and checking for the possible recovery."
So far no recovery by them has been offered. We have also moved to a new hosting and server support.
Meanwhile, we have used all the knowledge and information we have to restore member accounts and until we are happy with the results there will be no access to the member area. The public site is being rebuilt and we are hopeful that members will have access within a day or so.
