Submitting a ticket
Please be aware that we cannot make any changes to a member's account, based on the request of their upline or any other member. All support tickets must come from the registered email address of the account owner. You cannot write to support, on behalf of another member, and request any change to be made. Please keep your account safe and do not share your passwords or 2FA codes with others and if you have given your password to others, it is strongly advised that you change your password.
